Clubhouse Open from 2 June 2020

We are really excited to inform you the Carnarvon Golf Clubhouse will be re-opening on Tuesday the 2^nd of June, 2020 from 10:00am.

We have been very busy during the closure to ensure that clubhouse and operations will be compliant with all the new health guidelines to keep our members and visitors safe. You will no doubt notice all the changes “the new norm” we need to implement as soon as you step in the door. The new entry requirements will require all our members and visitors to sign in and swipe out and one of our friendly staff will be at reception to assist. For our visitors there will also be an additional requirement to provide their phone number to aid in contact tracing requirements, but this only needs to be done once. We can assure you all details are held in accordance with our strict privacy policy.

Nottinghill 65 will re-open with new hours which can be found by clicking here, the dining experience will be somewhat different as we have spaced all our settings to ensure a 1.5 metre distance between diners, cutlery will be delivered wrapped in our disposable sachets and our friendly staff will be taking orders at your table. I can only stress enough that bookings are essential and are limited to 10 persons only per table.

Our main bar will be open too and as is the case with our dining we will be taking orders and delivering your favourite beverages at your table. It is important to stress that there will be no service directly from the bar and all our patrons will need to be seated. We have designed our seating arrangements to ensure the social distancing requirements are met. Gaming will also be open but with strict guidelines and capacity limits in place with every second gaming machine turned off. There will be signs announcing our capacity limits per room and we would ask you all work with us to make this happen for the safety of yourself and our staff.

Under the revised restrictions, we are not permitted to run promotions, functions, nor poker, however, should this change we will be sure to let you know promptly.

These are hard and challenging times and the landscape is ever evolving but, I would ask you all to be patient as our staff try to deliver the best possible service and experience we can.
