Declaration - I, the undersigned, am over the age of 18 years, and I agree, if accepted as a Member to abide by the Rules, Regulations and By-Laws of the Club. For members under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accept these conditions on your behalf. By completing this application you are also agreeing to abide by the Rules of Golf. Please note that in making application for Playing Membership of the Club, you acknowledge and accept that you will be subject to the Australian Golf Union Handicapping System and your handicap may be reviewed at the absolute discretion of the Golf Committee on the basis of any cards returned in any competition. Members who elect to pay by instalments are responsible for the payment of the whole of the annual subscription.

Application Fee - Please note, a non-refundable application fee of $250 is required to secure a place on the Carnarvon Golf Club wait list. This excludes those applying for Intermediate 1, Junior and Sub Cadet categories. The application fee is non-transferrable.

Payment can be made by cheque or cash if an application is submitted in person. Applications sent by email, must make payment via credit card.

Once an application form has been submitted, our Golf Administrator & Membership Manager - Danielle Trevena, will contact you to secure your application fee.
