2023 Harvey Norman Sydney Week of Golf, 9-14 January 2023, in conjunction with Jack Newton Junior Golf
Ebony Park – Carnarvon Junior, represented her home club in the 5 day Tournament, held at various Golf Clubs across Sydney.
Girls 14 & 15 years, 11 golfers
Ebony placed 3rd in the Scratch in her age group with a score of 408
Ebony was Runner Up in the Nett in her age group with a score of 359, playing 5 below her handicap across the 5 rounds.
Girls Championship
Ebony placed 5th overall in the Girls Championship, where there were 25 competitors. The Girls Champion for 2023 was Sahara Hillman-Varma from Concord, who finished with a score of 385. Some very tough competitors, however Ebony held her own with a tremendous finish.

Day 2 – Liverpool GC. Scratch 84, Nett 74
Day 3 – Lakeside GC Camden. Scratch 78, Nett 68
Day 4 – Bankstown GC. Scratch 84, Nett 73
Day 5 – Muirfield GC. Scratch 76, Nett 68
What a tremendous way to represent Carnarvon Golf Club. Ebony commenced the Tournament with a GA Handicap of 8.6. At the close of the Tournament after 5 days, Ebony held a GA Handicap of 7.1.
Great to see Juniors so enthusiastic about golf and can’t wait to share more of their achievements soon.
