Nominations closed at 6:00pm on Tuesday 14th of April 2026.

I hereby certify that the nominations of the candidates listed below for the positions shown are valid and correct in accordance with the Constitution and By-laws of the Club:

A ballot will be required for the positions of President (1 position), Vice President (1 position) and Directors (5 positions).

Voting will take place in the Clubhouse at the following times:

Friday 17 April 2026: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Saturday 18 April 2026: 10:30am - 1:30pm
Sunday 19 April 2026: 10:30am - 1:30pm
Monday 20 April 2026: No Voting
Tuesday 21 April 2026: 10:30am - 1:30pm
Wednesday 22 April 2026: 10:30am - 1:30pm
Thursday 23 April 2026: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday 24 April: 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Important Notes:

  • Voting is by secret ballot using the “first past the post” system.
  • Only financial voting members are entitled to vote (Constitution Rule 26).
  • Members must produce their current membership card to receive a ballot paper.
  • The result of the ballot will be announced at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday the 29th of April 2026.
  • After the AGM the Board will appoint one (1) of the elected Directors to the position of Vice Captain.
